All 31 songs in Zumba Burn It Up! are unlocked from the start and can be played in any mode: Single Song, Full Class, and the multiplayer centric Fitness Party.
The game does not include any additional songs to be unlocked, however, nor are there any extra songs to download. The songs included in the game are the only songs available to dance to.
According to Paste Magazine in 2019, Zumba Burn It Up!’s publisher was interested in listening to fan-feedback before making a decision of adding more songs to the game.

Can You Play Zumba Burn It Up! On Nintendo Switch Lite?
Zumba Burn It Up! is playable on the Nintendo Switch Lite in tabletop mode by propping the system upright via a play stand accessory. The Switch Lite will act as a mini-screen while you dance. Since the game does not support handheld mode, this is the prefect workaround for Nintendo Switch Lite owners.

Simply acquire a Nintendo Switch Lite play stand (I personally use the Hori and Amazon brands thanks to their durability and adjustable viewing angles).
Next, place your Nintendo Switch Lite onto the stand. Make sure it’s snug and won’t budge.
Lastly, use your Nintendo Switch Joy-Con to navigate and play Zumba. Dance until your heart is content!

I personally enjoy going through the list of dance classes one-by-one to get my heart pumping whenever I play. Then, I’ll re-play my favorite songs from classes in single song mode.
Dancing is just so much fun to do in Zumba Burn It Up!. The choreography to songs such as Azukita is a joy to do with arm twirls, full-body movements, and even salsa moves thrown in for good measure.
