The Pokémon Unite Update Date And Time

Pokémon Unite’s latest update will go live for players to download on August 4th. This is when a server update will occur.

You may temporarily be unable to access the game for a period of time; don’t worry. The game is simply being updated.

  • UPDATE TIME: Aug 4th 2021 at 12AM PDT/7:00 UTC

To download the update: Start Pokémon  Unite and the game will automatically check for updates.

To apply the update: Restart your Pokémon Unite app to have the update applied (mobile versions).

The Pokémon Unite Update

Pokémon Unite’s latest update include three main components:

  • Bug Fixes
  • Test Fixes
  • Spectate Feature Test Release

Bug and text fixes focus on resolving any errors that may pop up from time to time while playing the game.

The Spectate Feature Test Release is a brand new mode for players to enjoy.

The New Pokémon Unite Mode

The Spectate Feature is being added in this update.

This will allow players to watch battles instead of playing them.

Why would you want to watch matches?

Spectating matches can simply be for enjoyment or to help players learn battle strategy.

This is a test release which means there will be a limited time players can participate in this mode before it’s removed (for further tweaks and fixes by the developer).

  • SPECTATE MODE START DATE: Aug 4th 2021 at 12AM PDT/7:00 UTC
  • SPECTATE MODE END DATE: Aug 6th 2021 at 12AM PDT/7:00 UTC

The Pokémon Unite Update Details

Pokémon Unite’s Aug 4 update includes more than just bug and text fixes.
